Returns
You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to return it — counted from delivery, not from the order date.
Note This policy covers direct orders on coolistbeauty.com — order from the product pages on the Vietnamese-language site, delivered within Vietnam. This English section doesn’t take orders directly; buying through the TikTok Shop follows TikTok Shop’s own returns policy.
- We cover the full cost when

- The wrong item or a missing item was sent
- The product was damaged in transit
- There’s a quality defect
- The product is near or past its expiry
- Changed your mind
- Within 7 days of delivery, if the outer carton is still sealed, you can still return it. You cover the return shipping cost.
- Not eligible for return
- Products that have been unsealed or used — for hygiene reasons with personal-care products, except where there’s a quality defect.
- How refunds work
- COD orders are refunded to a bank account; prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are issued 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- How to request a return
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos or video of the product. For transit damage, please include your unboxing video.
