Shipping
Coolist currently ships within Vietnam only. Delivery time is counted from when the order is confirmed, not from when it’s placed.
Note This policy covers direct orders on coolistbeauty.com — order from the product pages on the Vietnamese-language site, delivered within Vietnam. This English section doesn’t take orders directly; buying through the TikTok Shop follows TikTok Shop’s own shipping policy.
- Regions & delivery time

- Hà Nội & the immediate area: 1–2 business days
- Rest of the North & Central regions: 2–3 business days
- The South, Mekong Delta & remote border areas: 3–4 business days
Time is counted from when the order is handed to the carrier (processing time below is separate).
- Order processing time
- Orders ship within 48 hours. Our warehouse is closed on Sundays; on the other days of the week (Monday through Saturday), orders are packed starting around midday and handed to the carrier before the day is out.
- Shipping fee

Flat nationwide shipping fee of 29,000đ. Free shipping on orders of 115,000đ or more.
Prepaid orders (bank transfer / VietQR) ship free, regardless of order value.
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- COD is available nationwide for orders up to 2,000,000đ. You can inspect the outside of the parcel before paying, but you can’t open the seal to try the product before deciding to accept it. A phone number with 2 unexplained refused deliveries will be limited to prepaid orders going forward.
Lost, delayed & returned parcels
No tracking update
If the tracking number shows no update for 5 consecutive business days, you can choose a reshipment or a full refund.
Failed delivery
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order is cancelled. For prepaid orders, we refund in full, including the shipping fee.
Damaged in transit
Please film an unboxing video. Once confirmed, we reship for free and cover shipping both ways.
